• Search preferences — the locations, property types, budget and features you tell us about, so we can send you relevant properties instead of everything we list.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and provide our services — necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to one (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
