Our Heritage
My name is Peter. I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada, and spent years living across North America — Los Angeles, Florida — before a desire for something different took me first to Costa Rica, and eventually to the sun-drenched coastline of southern Spain.
That journey taught me something that no real estate course ever could: buying property in a foreign country is one of the most exciting and most daunting decisions a person can make. The paperwork is unfamiliar. The legal system is different. The language can be a barrier. And the stakes are high — this is your home, your investment, your new life.
I built Claremont because I wanted to be the kind of agent I wished I'd had.
