Our Heritage
My name is Peter. I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada, and spent years living across North America — Los Angeles, Florida — before a desire for something different took me first to Costa Rica, and eventually to the sun-drenched coastline of southern Spain.
That journey taught me something that no real estate course ever could: buying property in a foreign country is one of the most exciting and most daunting decisions a person can make. The paperwork is unfamiliar. The legal system is different. The language can be a barrier. And the stakes are high — this is your home, your investment, your new life.
I built Claremont because I wanted to be the kind of agent I wished I'd had.

On a new development the developer pays our commission, so our service costs you nothing extra compared with going to the builder directly. What you get in return is a team that speaks your language, explains every step in plain terms, and is focused on finding you the right home at the right price, not the most expensive one.
From your first question to long after you have the keys, we are here for you. We line up video viewings, guide the paperwork, send photos and video as your home is built, and inspect it before you take over. Buyers from across the UK, Europe and North America trust us to make buying a new build in Spain feel simple and safe, and we would love to do the same for you.
